This week we focused on green (on forest day), blue, purple, and brown. Throughout the week we continued to get to know one another through play, stories, and songs. We opened a couple new centers--the legos and the art center.
Blue Day--fingerpainting
Purple Day--we read Harold and the Purple Crayon and wrote our own adventures. Mrs. Bobzin also found a new book and read it to us--Creepy Crayon
Brown Day--we read and sang Brown Bear, Brown Bear What Do You See? and then we created a class book in similar fashion--we practiced tracing & writing our names and added our picture
