This week we reviewed fire safety and learned other ways to stay safe including not taking candy from someone we don't know and not getting into a car with a stranger. We also reviewed having a grown up with us to cross the street and looking to the left, right, and left again to check for traffic. We also drew a picture of our house and talked about our address.
Thank you to all who were able to donate cereal boxes for the Do Good Wisconsin challenge. The Early Learners brought in 87 boxes and schoolwide we had a total of 1813 boxes that have now been delivered to the local food pantry.
Last week there was not a blog because I couldn't get the pictures to upload off the ipad. We had a great week reading about Mo Willems Pigeon. We also used shapes to make our own pigeon and then they dicated stories about their Pigeon. They will be up for our next Family Fun in a couple of weeks.
Next week we start exploring DINOSAURS!
