We spent our week reviewing fire safety and learning about strangers. Police officers, fire fighters, and ambulance workers are safe strangers who help us in an emergency. We talked about never taking food from someone we don't know AND never getting in a vehicle with someone we don't know. We did talk about if mom or dad is there and says it is safe then we can--like a sucker at the bank. We also reviewed 911 as the emergency number. We made new EXIT signs for our homes. We drew pictures of our houses and practiced our addresses. Please review your family meeting spot if there ever would be a fire at your home.
We celebrated collecting 65 cereal boxes for the Do Good Wisconsin Project. We enjoyed watching them tip over like dominoes. Thank you everyone who donated. The school over all total was over 1,000 boxes!
