This week we explored more colors. Monday in the forest was GREEN Day--you can read more about that in the Project Wild Child blog. Tuesday was our BLUE Day and we enjoyed finger painting after reading Lunch by Denise Fleming. On Wednesday we read Harold and the Purple Crayon and then each child used a purple crayon to draw their own story or adventure. They dicated what was happening and I wrote the words for them. Thursday we reviewed all the colors when we read Brown Bear, Brown Bear What Do You See?. We made a class book in the same style as that book. It will be on our bookshelf for everyone to look at as part of our Family Fun Day this coming Thursday.
