Our bookworm readers read to us and each child took home a new book.
We read a couple more Mo Willem's Pigeon stories and each child dictated a story about their own Pigeon. The stories will soon be up near our classroom...just in time for Family Fun Day on Tuesday.
In one story Pigeon needed a bath but didn't want to take a bath. We watched the Sesame Street Rubber Ducky video and gave many of our animal figurines a bath in soapy water.
Next week will be super short--Monday forest, Tuesday Family Fun Day, Wednesday exchange Valentine's, and no class Thursday or Friday.
