This week we spent lots of time learning about our teeth and reviewing how to take care of them. We read about going to see a dentist, learned children have 20 teeth, and did projects to help us remember the names of our teeth--incisors, cnines, and molars. We also played games as a tooth fairy removing teeth and another where we had to practice spatial awareness to fit differnet shaped teeth in a mouth.
Friday we had a special day with a gift from Azyiah our custodian. She bought us 2 items from our classroom wish list--the book Sticks and the game Camp. We enjoyed the story as a group and then took turns trying out the game. We worked together to draw pictures and write our names to make thank you cards for her.
