Dec Holidays Unit week 3

We finished our holiday unit with many families joining us for Family Fun Day on Tuesday. We made reindeer headbands, reindeer sandwiches, continued holiday light patterns, wrote about our favorite thing about Christmas, and sang songs.

Later that evening we participated in our first Holiday concert.

We finished our week with PJ day, a pretend Polar Express adventure, and board games with our friends.  PTO provided a gift for each child in the class--a fleece scarf and they each selected the pattern they wanted. In the morning we also sent a special video message to our friend Jackson wishing him a Merry Christmas and hoping his hospital stay isn't too long. Thank you to the volunteers that helped us take turns and packed up our decorations. We couldn't have done it without you!

Have a wonderful holiday break and we will see everyone back on January 3rd.
