Little Miss Muffet--acted it out and made our own spiders to act it out at home
Baa Baa Black Sheep--acted it out
Humpty Dumpty--we made Humpty Dumpty sandwiches (egg salad) and built walls and then drew walls for Humpty Dumpty to sit on.
Jack & Jill--we acted it out and later fixed Jack's owies by listening to directions of where to place band-aids (sorry no pix)
We also learned 2 new stations in our S.M.A.R.T. (Stimulating Maturity through Accelerated Readiness Training) circuit--eye trackers (pictured) and slap track (not pictured).
Next week will begin exploring December holidays. We have Cc show & share on Wednesday--bring 1 item that begins with the /k/ sound like cat. Friday will be a noon dismissal day school wide with no class for AM children and the PM children attending 8:00-10:55 am.
Please remember to send hats and gloves/mittens as the weather gets colder.
