Noodles in the sensory table
The art center was popular.
We practiced writing our names.
We sorted and made patterns.
We enjoyed time with our families on Family Fun Day. We drew shapes and tried driving cars in shaving cream snow. We followed directions to make a melted snowman craft. We traced our names with glue and made them sparkle with glitter. We scooped and measured to make a cold treat--ice cream shake. We finished each section with time to play, a few songs, and one final story about The Gingerbread Girl--turns out she is one smart cookie!
Next week we will focus on polar animals--especially penguins.
