Farm Unit Week 1 April 2-5, 2019

We were happy to be back together after spring break. Our topic this week (and next) is farming. We read a few different versions of The Three Little Pigs.

We made Mud Puddle Pigs to decorate our room.

Our sensory table has shell corn and soybeans for scooping, pouring, and making potions.

We enjoyed time with farm animal figurines and puppets.

The highlight of the week was not farm related. The Book Worm readers read us the story A Box Can Be Many Things. Many large boxes were gathered and we had so much fun building, decorating, and imagining with them.

We played with our friends inside and out.

Next week we will continue our farm theme.
