We had a great time reading folktales like The Little Red Hen, Henny Penny, The Three Little Pigs, The Three Billy Goats Gruff, and others. We experimented with milking (a glove), scooped and poured corn, made puppets, played a letter matching game, and played with our friends. In the morning we had one of the BookWorm readers come to read us The Big Red Barn. In one of our snack time conversations some children said they knew how to play Go Fish so the next day those that wanted to played Go Fish. We made pigs in a blanket for our cooking project. Mrs. Bobzin crocheted some crowns for our dress up area--we LOVE them! We had a busy 2 weeks. Here is a glimpse of what we did.
Next week we will explore Earth Day and caring for our world.
