A new year is underway and the children have been busy meeting new people and learning the classroom routine. Here is a look at our busy first week:
We learned where to hang our backpacks and where to put our red folders.
We painted.
We explored the classroom and met other children.
We read books.
We tried scissors.
We practiced getting and opening a milk carton. We love snack time.
We explored some of the playground.
I didn't get pictures of everything--we had a great week!
Next week we will focus on colors--red on Monday, orange on Tuesday, yellow on Wednesday, and blue on Thursday. Remember to leave backpacks at home on Monday when we will have our first Project Wild Child day.
